The Five Star Home Inspection is the most comprehensive of inspection services. It includes a complete home inspection, wood-destroying insects, interior thermal imaging, and landscape irrigation.
Standard Home Inspection
A Standard Home Inspection that exceeds the Texas Real Estate Commission standards. Additional inspection types may be added as needed such as wood-destroying insect reports, pool/spa, septic system, interior thermal imaging, and landscape irrigation.
New Construction Home Inspection
No home is perfect, not even a brand-new home. Because of this, a new construction home inspection provides a report of items that should be corrected by the home builder before closing. Includes interior thermal imaging. Additional inspection types may be added as needed such as wood-destroying insects, pool/spa, septic system, and landscape irrigation.
1-Year Builder’s Warranty Home Inspection
1-Year Warranty Home Inspections are for new construction homes before the home builder warranty expires. Sometimes, after living in your new home for less than 12 months, there may be defects that arise that should be corrected by the home builder. Includes interior thermal imaging. Additional inspection types may be added as needed such as wood destroyings, pool/spa, septic system, and landscape irrigation.
Pre-Listing Home Inspection
“Certified Move-In-Ready Home Inspections” or “Pre-Listing” inspections. This is a great option to see what a homebuyer’s inspector may find that could be a detriment to the sale of your home.
